Shipping Policy

We’re as excited for you to get your T-shirt as you are!
Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

  • Custom/personalized orders may take up to 7 business days to print and prepare.


Shipping Time & Rates

Within India:

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may apply during promotional offers (details will be mentioned on the product or checkout page).

International Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch (may vary by country).

  • Rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged by your local customs office.


Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.


Delays

We work with trusted courier partners, but delays can happen due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Festive season demand
    We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.


Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses may be returned to us or lost.

  • If returned, we can reship it — but you’ll need to cover the additional shipping cost.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at swatantra.kumar8@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged).

  • We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
